Unlike many who champion the traditional consulting model, which leads to building a monster time-sapping business, we work with you to implement the principles of Profit Alchemy™ creating a leveraged formula that turns your business into a machine that generates you cash on demand.

Before starting my business I spent 20 years in various corporate finance roles across many different industries helping the businesses I worked with to increase their income. But despite a great salary something was missing. I was a husband and a father of three young children, yet it felt that I didn't get to see the people that meant the most to me, I was always working...

But it all changed in 2017. My world started to collapse around me, the guilt I felt from not being present with my young family, the loss of a treasured family member, and the stresses of the corporate world brought me to near breakdown. It was at this point I decided something HAD to change!

It was then I set about starting my traditional consulting business.

But it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows...

Like many consultants, I quickly found that I was operating more like an employee than a business owner, I was always stuck in the weeds and not only that but I was starting to make compromises that were impacting the future of not only my business, but also my family...

I was working so hard and had very little to show for it, until I decided I was through with making compromises. At this point I started rebuilding the business in a way that was uncompromising to my vision and values, and it worked I added 6-figures of sales to the business in under a year and hired my first team members allowing me the freedom I craved.

It is the steps I took to change my own fortunes that I have now packaged into The Uncompromised Consultant™ with the sole goal of helping consultants like you to lead an uncompromised life.
